Designed for students who have completed at least one year of study in their chosen field, these study abroad semesters (5-6 months) provide an opportunity to explore European aesthetics, cultural impacts, current trends, modern challenges, and the influence of luxury brands while examining creative and contemporary aspects of art and design in Europe's major cities.
Developing a personal creative vision requires thorough research. This fashion design semester program teaches essential techniques in fashion sketching and clothing production while exploring the dynamic fashion sector through comprehensive research - the foundation of every successful collection. Intended for students with a minimum of one year's undergraduate experience in fashion design, accessories, or related disciplines, this stimulating program helps participants cultivate their unique creative identity while expanding their professional prospects and personal development.

Admission is based on the reasonable expectation that the student will be able to fulfil the objectives of the programme and
achieve the standard required for the award.
Admission requirements are listed below:
Completed the first year (L4) of an Undergraduate Bachelor programme in Fashion Design or similar programme,
For non English/French/Italian native speakers: certificate of language skills, level b2 of Common European Framework of Reference with specific requirements (e.g. IELTS Academic 6.0 overall, no less than 5.5 for each element),
Portfolio,
Good knowledge of pattern-making and fabrics,
Drawing skills,
Personal statement.
Students with some experience of higher education can enter one of our BA (Hons) degrees in the second year (RQF level 5) for 6 months starting from term 1 or 2 depending from the intake. During the admissions process BA applicants will be additionally required to submit a piece of written work (not for creative courses) or portfolio (not for business courses) to show knowledge achieved during their previous studies.
