During this master's program, you'll acquire essential international business management skills to prepare for leadership roles across private, public, and nonprofit sectors. Focused on career readiness, this program offers progression to the second year upon successful completion of year one. The second year features an extended corporate placement, enabling you to apply and refine your knowledge in a professional environment. You'll explore various theories and frameworks for analyzing challenges in global business management, while critically assessing management's role in international operations - including policy formulation, strategy development, and resource allocation. Through practical case studies, you'll hone problem-solving abilities to devise strategic solutions for international business challenges. This MSc equips you with the expertise to translate theoretical knowledge into effective business practices and address real-world management issues.
A minimum of honours degree at 2:2 or non-UK equivalent in any academic subject provided that it includes evidence of essay writing and use of critical thinking. The minimum English language requirement for entry to this programme is IELTS 6.0 (or equivalent) with no score lower than 5.5 except for writing which must be at 6.0 minimum.
