The Computer Science (Partnership College pathway) program stands out by combining studies at Edinburgh or Fife colleges with Heriot-Watt University. You'll begin by applying through your selected college, where you'll complete a two-year HND. This college phase covers essential computer science foundations. After successfully finishing your HND, you'll advance to year three of the Computer Science degree at our Edinburgh Campus, completing the remaining two or three years to earn one of these qualifications: BSc (Hons) Computer Science, BSc (Hons) Computer Science (Artificial Intelligence), BSc (Hons) Computer Science (Cyber Security), BSc (Hons) Computer Science (Data Science), BSc (Hons) Computer Science (Games Programming), BSc (Hons) Computer Science (Software Engineering), or BSc (Hons) Computer Science with Diploma in Industry Training. This pathway gives you access to educational resources at both the college and university from the first year. You'll master core computer science concepts while developing professional problem-solving and project management abilities. The program equips students to build reliable systems and create transformative technologies for modern applications. As a pioneer in UK computing education, we deliver exceptional teaching in computer science, data science, AI, software engineering, and computer systems.
