The study of nutrition is becoming increasingly vital across healthcare, lifestyle sectors, and various industries. This Human Nutrition program, accredited by the Association for Nutrition (AfN), examines how food choices impact cellular and organ functions at biochemical and physiological levels, while also investigating dietary influences on overall wellbeing - physical, mental, and social. The curriculum delivers an evidence-based, expert-led exploration of nutrition science, combining fundamental scientific principles with clinical applications and public health perspectives.
