Pathway students begin their academic journey by enrolling in the undergraduate BSc Hons Pharmacology program at Glasgow Caledonian University. During the initial two years, they pursue an HND in Applied Biological Sciences at Glasgow Kelvin College while preparing for the third and fourth years (Honours level) at GCU. While officially registered as BSc Hons Pharmacology students at GCU, their first two years of study occur at Glasgow Kelvin College.

These foundational years focus on completing the HND in Applied Biological Sciences, with coursework designed to support the advanced studies undertaken during Years 3 and 4 at Glasgow Caledonian University.

Pharmacology serves as a crucial discipline in pharmaceutical innovation. Students explore human physiology and the therapeutic applications of medications.
