This program offers a solid foundation in the three fundamental disciplines crucial for applied sports scientists: Exercise Physiology, Biomechanics, and Sports Psychology.
In addition to these core subjects, you'll receive an overview of other vital components while gaining hands-on experience to cultivate skills applicable across all performance levels. The course includes an optional work placement opportunity.
Our Sport Science degree begins by covering fundamental principles and their application to enhancing athletic performance. As you progress, you'll develop expertise in gathering and analyzing data from specialized fields such as exercise physiology, biomechanics, and nutrition.
