This pioneering degree program - Scotland's first of its kind - was developed in partnership with the Scottish Football Association to offer a comprehensive approach to football coaching. It combines evidence-based knowledge with practical learning while incorporating UEFA coaching certifications at each academic level, always emphasizing real-world application.
Graduates will earn a coaching degree covering all aspects of football, along with UEFA C, Scottish FA Children's Licence, UEFA B, and UEFA Youth B diplomas. During your fourth year, you can specialize by conducting relevant research and potentially begin working toward advanced qualifications like the UEFA A Licence, UEFA Elite Youth A Licence, UEFA Goalkeeping A, or Scottish FA Advanced Children's Licence as part of the Work-Based Learning component.
Furthermore, after successfully completing Performance Analysis modules and gaining relevant experience, you may qualify for International Society for Performance Analysis of Sport (ISPAS) accreditation at levels 1 and 2 (individuals must pay ISPAS membership fees separately).
