We've partnered with Everton in the Community (Everton Football Club's official charity) to provide a special chance for those passionate about sports, physical activity, and mental health. You'll collaborate with academics, practitioners, and professionals to explore the connection between physical movement and mental wellbeing. The program will guide you in analyzing how participation in sports and exercise can both enhance and potentially challenge mental health. Understanding the components of successful mental health initiatives is crucial, so you'll evaluate existing programs while developing your own. Additionally, you'll have the chance to conduct research centered on policy development and real-world impact.
