Our LLB program in Law, Human Rights, and Social Justice is an accredited qualifying law degree, meeting all core legal requirements set by the Bar Standards Board and Solicitors Regulation Authority.
You'll examine legal protections for individuals concerning matters like housing and homelessness. The curriculum includes comprehensive study of European Human Rights Law fundamentals and an overview of international human rights frameworks. During your final year, you'll investigate how legal systems can remove barriers to education and healthcare access, both in the UK and globally.
The human rights and social justice modules will equip you for various career paths including housing law, immigration services, social welfare, and roles within charitable and voluntary organizations.
Duration: Three years full-time study, or four years with an optional placement year.
