Quantity Surveying and Construction centers on overseeing and regulating expenses for building projects, covering all phases from initial planning and design to construction, renovations, upkeep, and eventual demolition.
Our program equips you with knowledge of construction's technical aspects throughout a structure's entire lifecycle. You'll master contract comprehension, budgeting, quantity assessment, measurements, and sustainable practices to optimize quality and value within project requirements. Graduates often pursue roles in cost consultancy, contract administration, and related fields.
Enhance your career prospects with an optional industry placement between your second and third years. This practical experience contributes toward fulfilling the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors' professional certification requirements.
Duration: Three years full-time, four years including placement.
