Economics plays a vital role in addressing many of today's pressing global challenges. This program delves into these issues while introducing fundamental concepts and frameworks that provide solutions. A strong emphasis is placed on data-centric methodologies, reflecting modern economic practices.
Throughout this course, students will develop expertise in assessing sophisticated quantitative methods and econometric approaches, gaining practical abilities to tackle economic issues through data analysis. This encompasses applying econometric principles across various specialized economic domains.
Participants will acquire valuable career-ready competencies, including proficiency with cutting-edge digital tools alongside essential capabilities in communication, presentation, and collaborative work.
The curriculum covers diverse subjects such as Applied Microeconomics, Data Handling and Visualization, and Digital Economics with AI, all instructed by renowned specialists.

Alternative qualifications include:
Pass in the QAA accredited Access to HE overall 112 UCAS tariff with at least 30 L3 credits at Merit.
English and Maths GCSE required as separate qualification. Equivalency not accepted within the Access qualification. We will normally require students to have had a break from full-time education before undertaking the Access course.
International Baccalaureate: 26+ points.
