This program teaches you to examine current developments in global politics and formulate strategic policy approaches. Instructors will guide you in recognizing the fundamental worldwide dynamics influencing key matters such as China's emergence, the Syrian conflict, environmental challenges, and economic progress.
Duration: Three years full-time, four years including an internship. Focusing mainly on recent and present-day history, our program offers a varied, internationally-oriented curriculum with fresh perspectives. Mirroring our interconnected world, the syllabus spans multiple continents and addresses themes like colonial legacies, independence movements, migration patterns, minority communities, and gender studies.

From at least two A-levels or equivalent, plus five GCSEs at grade A* C or above, including English (English Language and Maths for L245)

Plus five GCSEs at grade AC or above, including English (English Language and Maths for L245)
Pass Access with 30 Level 3 credits at Merit (or equivalent)

English (Language or Literature) and Maths GCSE required as separate qualifications at grade C

We will normally require students to have had a break from full time education before undertaking the Access course
