The escalating environmental emergencies fueled by climate change, biodiversity decline, expanding human populations, shifting land patterns, and pollution demand immediate attention. These pressing issues dominate news cycles, with nations worldwide pledging stronger measures to combat them through domestic policies and global cooperation.
The MSc in Global Environmental Change and Planetary Health was created to meet the rising international need for specialists in this critical area. This program will prepare you with essential expertise to:
1) Analyze the root causes of these environmental challenges;
2) Decipher the complex relationships between ecosystems, human health, and overall planetary wellbeing;
3) Equip you with practical methodologies and approaches for developing sustainable environmental interventions.
A first or second class UK honours degree in a relevant science, engineering or related discipline; or the international equivalent of these UK qualifications. Other relevant qualifications, together with significant experience, may be considered. IELTS - 6.5 overall and 5.5 in all skill components. TOEFL - 92 total and minimum skill component scores of 18 reading, 17 listening, 20 speaking and 17 writing.
