This Master's program is designed to equip students with the skills needed to excel as top-level executives and leaders in the fiercely competitive global aviation sector. The curriculum cultivates a strategic understanding of integrated aviation management while providing in-depth expertise about air transportation operations, including the goals, infrastructure, and workforce necessary to ensure efficient worldwide movement of passengers, goods, and services.
By examining contemporary trends in global and domestic aviation enterprises, we empower students to critically assess all facets of air transport management (ATM) to enhance organizational performance. The program covers an extensive array of topics, from marketing strategies and service innovation - including airline branding and customer experience design - to consumer behavior analysis and safety management systems. Special emphasis is placed on methodologies for optimizing human-technology integration, encompassing project coordination, supply chain management, operations control, and other professional standards endorsed by the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT).
