The BEng & MEng in Motorsport Engineering program explores the specialized field of low-volume, high-performance motorsport engineering. Program highlights
This curriculum aims to develop motorsport engineering graduates who possess both adaptability and comprehensive knowledge to tackle novel challenges, while fostering the creative thinking required for innovation.
The program transforms classroom knowledge into practical experience through design projects, experimental work, analytical exercises, and hands-on skills development, utilizing real-world industry projects and potential participation in global student competitions (availability and selection dependent). Students have the opportunity to focus on performance engineering, encompassing high-performance design, race vehicle construction and operation, while also studying fundamental mechanical engineering principles. The program further strives to deliver a solid grounding in the professional aspects of motorsport engineering.
