The Sports Science Access course equips you with the academic abilities, practical expertise, and self-assurance needed to embark on your selected degree program. This foundation supports your professional aspirations in sports-related fields such as nutrition, sports psychology, physical education teaching, or coaching.
Beyond specialized knowledge, we focus on building essential study competencies including English composition, essay writing, and research techniques. The curriculum delivers 45 Level 3 credits in sports science subjects, complemented by 15 Level 3 credits in academic skill development. The subject credits cover health-focused and sports science modules.
This program prepares you for degree-level studies by enhancing crucial academic capabilities like scholarly writing, citation methods, analytical thinking, and investigation techniques. These competencies are fundamental for successful progression to undergraduate studies.
