A career in Operating Department Practice (ODP) offers a dynamic and fulfilling opportunity to provide patient care in surgical theater settings. This program is approved by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), allowing graduates to qualify as operating department practitioners after meeting all requirements (some conditions and fees may apply).
Eligible UK students may qualify for annual £5,000 grants through the NHS Learning Support Fund (non-repayable), plus extra financial assistance for those with childcare expenses6.
