Building surveyors engage with all property and construction facets, from managing large-scale commercial projects to designing home additions, preserving historical structures to mediating landlord-tenant conflicts.
This multidisciplinary field covers building diagnostics, construction methods, surveying approaches, design planning, heritage conservation, property measurement, legal standards, contract management, and construction cost analysis.
