This program is designed to give students comprehensive expertise in managing and understanding the legal dimensions of design, along with the essential skills for effectively overseeing design service procurement and construction projects. The Master of Design Administration (MDA) prepares graduates with specialized knowledge to administer and manage the design process throughout building projects, from initial concept to occupancy. It addresses the increasing demand for design management professionals in consultancies, contracting firms, specialist contractors, or client organizations. The curriculum integrates procurement management and legal considerations with a distinctive emphasis on design, covering contemporary issues relevant to construction professionals. Delivered through distance learning, the program allows participants to continue working while studying. A variety of digital teaching methods are employed, such as webinars, online resources, a program blog, and discussion forums. Students need to have a copy of your degree certificate and transcripts which show you have achieved a 2:2 honours degree in a subject area related to the built environment such as architecture, contracting, engineering, facilities management, or others related to the construction industry or an equivalent international degree. If your degree certificate or result is pending, please upload any interim transcripts or provisional certificates.  English Language requirements - A copy of your IELTS certificate with an overall score of 6.5 with 5.5 in all subskills, or evidence of an accepted equivalent. TOEFL - At least 90 overall with a minimum of 20 in each subskill
