Additionally, it develops advanced German language proficiency and insights into Germany's economic landscape. This curriculum highlights essential elements of the UK's industrial economy and significant business trends. Participants will analyze governmental and international business strategies to understand their impact on market and corporate growth. The course expands beyond economics by including optional modules in business finance, marketing, and management studies. By combining business economics with German language studies, the program fosters versatile, discipline-specific competencies and core abilities beneficial for further education and professional advancement.
Career opportunities - Our business programs provide graduates with diverse skills highly sought after by employers across private and public sectors. During 2015/16, 92% of the School's employable graduates secured employment or pursued further studies within six months of graduation. Beyond the university's central Career Services, students have access to specialized on-campus Career and Placement support for internship placements, job searches, and industry-specific career counseling, training, and mentorship.
