The program's objective is to cultivate independent, thoughtful professionals capable of advanced practice across various organizational and professional environments. It encourages rigorous evaluation of both theoretical concepts and their practical implementation in professional settings, fostering a proactive and self-guided learning methodology that elevates professional performance. The curriculum seeks to stimulate analytical assessment of professional practice theories and their real-world application, equipping participants with enhanced critical abilities and scientific knowledge to become competent, reflective professionals.
Duration:
Part-time study spans three years for the complete MSc degree, while international audiology students pursue an 18-month full-time option. Individual modules are available for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) purposes (fee structures may differ).

Qualification Requirements
Applicants should hold an honours degree in a discipline relating to their proposed area of study. However, candidates with other relevant qualifications will be considered.
Applicants must normally be able to demonstrate a minimum of 2 years recent and relevant experience in an appropriate setting. The applied nature of the course and the emphasis on critical reflection and the development of advanced practice require candidates to have relevant experience on which they can reflect and develop their studies.
Entry Requirements for specific pathways:
Dietetics - candidates should be registered Dieticians with the Health and Care Professions Council.
Speech and Language Therapy - candidates should be registered Speech and Language Therapists with the Health and Care Professions Council.
