The primary goal of this MA Education program is to develop educators who can excel at the highest levels in the field of education, skillfully blending theoretical knowledge with practical application. Participants will learn to apply rigorous academic analysis, grounded in contemporary educational research, to their professional environments or future educational positions.
This course serves as professional development for individuals employed in teaching and related educational fields. As our most versatile program, it provides an extensive selection of optional modules, with many taught collaboratively across our various programs. The curriculum begins with a foundational 20-credit core module called 'Practitioner Research' and culminates in a 60-credit dissertation. The Practitioner Research module equips students with essential skills for critically examining and reflecting on professional practice, allowing them to center their assessments around analyses of their own work contexts.
