Working as a mental health nurse involves providing essential care to individuals facing various mental health challenges, with every day presenting unique situations to navigate.
Our program equips you with the necessary competencies to positively impact those experiencing psychological difficulties while qualifying you for NMC registration.
During your training, you'll complete clinical placements across diverse environments like hospitals, residential facilities, and community settings, applying knowledge from modules covering mental illness identification, evaluation, treatment planning, and therapeutic approaches.

CCCU accepts a broad range of international qualifications for admission to our courses.
Offers of a place can only be made after a successful interview and are subject to a satisfactory reference, health clearance and Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
Health clearance will include vaccinations for NHS placements, and evidence of vaccination status may be required by placement providers or the university.
