Earning a PhD requires investigating an approved research topic and defending your written dissertation in an oral examination. Your work must offer either new insights to the field or innovative applications of current knowledge. The dissertation, limited to 80,000 words, should showcase thorough understanding and analytical engagement with the subject area.
BNU invites research degree applications spanning diverse fields such as: Nursing, health and wellness, Creative arts and environmental design, Business administration, Aviation studies, Security studies, and Higher Education studies.
We provide two research degree options: the Master of Philosophy (MPhil) and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD). While both programs are completed at BNU, Staffordshire University confers the degrees. As a research candidate, you'll be registered with Staffordshire University while receiving supervision and academic support from our institution.
