The Brunel Finance and Accounting BSc equips students with essential expertise, competencies, and understanding to thrive in accounting professions and various financial sector positions.

This degree, accredited by ACCA, CIMA, and ICAEW, establishes a strong foundation in financial and accounting principles while clarifying the regulatory and societal contexts of these fields.

During the initial two years, you'll examine fundamental topics including financial markets, accounting principles, managerial accounting, and corporate finance strategies.

You'll also master econometrics and acquire valuable data modeling abilities, along with proficiency in industry-standard analytical tools like SAS, EViews, Bloomberg, Reuters, and STATA used by financial organizations.

In your final year, you can specialize in areas such as auditing, tax policy, financial engineering, or behavioral finance to customize your learning experience.

The program offers flexible study paths: a standard three-year full-time option or a four-year version incorporating a professional placement year between years two and three for practical workplace exposure.
