Other qualifications in a related subject, including but not limited to Civil; Mechanical; Electrical/Electronic; Chemical; Building Services Engineering Technology; Building Technology; Architecture; Quantitative Surveying; Project/Construction Management; Assessment Management will be considered on an individual basis. IELTS: 6 (min 5.5 in all areas). TOEFL: 77 (min R18, L17, S20, W17) .
