The Brunel Management MSc equips students with comprehensive knowledge of management and organizational dynamics tailored to their professional aspirations. This program explores organizational structures, management principles, and the evolving environments in which they function. You'll develop an in-depth, practical understanding of external influences on businesses—including legal, ethical, economic, environmental, social, and technological factors—alongside core competencies in business strategy, market dynamics, financial oversight, and human resource development. Recognizing career advancement as a priority, the program incorporates professional experience through optional six-to-twelve-week or yearlong internships. During placements, students undertake a company-based project connected to their dissertation, culminating in an internal consultancy report.
