This program is designed to provide comprehensive training in environmental science, examining humanity's impact on our planet and exploring solutions to emerging challenges. You'll acquire hands-on skills through diverse activities including field studies, laboratory experiments, computational analysis, data interpretation, technical writing, and professional internships. Field research takes place in exceptional locations such as the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site, East Devon's Heritage Coastline, and the New Forest. Students can participate in international research expeditions led by faculty members. Our collaborative approach encourages students and faculty to jointly develop innovative projects while working alongside industry experts. An optional internship component offers practical experience with various organizations, from local businesses to global institutions.
