Career Pathways
Birmingham PR students enjoy exceptional opportunities to establish valuable connections with regional and global industry professionals.
Our university's PR curriculum benefits from an engaged employer advisory board that regularly contributes case studies, practical projects, and internship possibilities. Students gain direct access to potential employers through various channels, most notably our yearly PR Students Conference where participants present research to fellow students and industry experts.

Through close collaboration with professional bodies like the CIPR, we align our curriculum with industry needs. PR requires adaptability, innovation, strategic thinking, and creativity - qualities we cultivate while helping students establish professional identities and engage in industry discussions.
