This four-year program (including a foundation year) is designed to provide an additional year of study that strengthens creative foundations, ensuring successful advancement through your chosen degree path.
In a vibrant and dynamic setting, you'll have the freedom to broaden your practical skills, creative experimentation, and conceptual growth, supported by comprehensive critical analysis, academic writing, and emerging theoretical frameworks.
You'll engage in both collaborative and individual projects designed to build professional partnerships and help you grow as an emerging practitioner. BA faculty from various disciplines will support you throughout the program to prepare for your next steps.
Upon successfully finishing the foundation year, you'll have the option to transfer to several related undergraduate degrees within the Birmingham Institute of Creative Arts if you wish to explore different directions.

Students must meet all Graphic Design course objectives while striving for excellence through competitions, live projects, and earning Adobe certification.
