The Foundation Year option provides excellent preparation for university-level study, perfect if you're returning to education after a break, lack relevant academic background, or need to improve previous qualifications for your desired degree.

You must normally have N5level JLPT competence or the equivalent in Japanese but students without prior knowledge of Japanese may also be accepted

If English is not your first language or you have not previously studied in English our usual requirement is the equivalent of an International English Language Testing System IELTS Academic Test score of 6.5 with not less than 6.0 in each of the subtests
TOEFL IBT - Standard requirement - 79 (reading - 18, writing - 23, listening - 19, speaking - 19)
