History is a captivating, ever-evolving discipline that remains deeply connected to our present. Continuously growing, it embraces fresh perspectives and poses new inquiries about bygone eras. Pursuing history equips you with practical abilities prized in the workplace, including data collection, analysis, and crafting coherent arguments. Our History (with Foundation Year) program spans four years, featuring an initial foundation year that culminates in the same qualification as our standard three-year honors degree. This pathway is tailored for aspiring students who might not meet conventional entry criteria or possess traditional academic backgrounds. The Foundation Year (Year 0) provides opportunities to build confidence, enhance skills, and deepen knowledge – thoroughly preparing you to advance to Year 1 of the undergraduate program.
