We are a dynamic, innovative global research team that pushes boundaries in understanding social dynamics, human resource strategies, and organizational performance while creating tangible impacts on real-world practices and policies.
Our fundamental and practical research earns widespread acclaim across national and international spheres. We explore topics ranging from personal, group, and corporate performance to inventive thinking, global leadership dynamics, executive team structures and their impact on organizational success, as well as the operational efficiency of non-profit entities.

Aston's distinguished global standing as a research-focused business school stems significantly from the groundbreaking Aston Studies pioneered by our predecessor, the Organisation Studies group, during the 1960s-70s. Our enduring commitment to examining organizational frameworks, workplace environments, and operational outcomes builds upon psychological science fundamentals. With fresh leadership, we've preserved these strong roots while incorporating qualitative methodologies like action research to adopt more comprehensive approaches to organizational analysis.
