This RICS and CIOB-accredited course equips you with essential professional and technical skills for a successful surveying career. Quantity surveyors are crucial in assessing construction project feasibility. At ARU, our BSc (Hons) program teaches financial management of construction projects from conception through design, construction, and maintenance phases.

Through our Quantity Surveying degree, you'll develop expertise in cost efficiency, safety standards, environmental considerations, and broader built environment contexts.

112 UCAS Tariff points from a minimum of 2 A Levels (or equivalent).
4 GCSEs at grade C, or grade 4, or above, including English and Maths.
If English is not your first language you will be expected to demonstrate a certificated level of proficiency of at least IELTS 6.0 (Academic level) or equivalent English Language qualification, as recognised by Anglia Ruskin University.
UCAS Tariff points acquired from BTEC Level 3 Diplomas are accepted.
UCAS Tariff points from the Irish Leaving Certificate are accepted.
UCAS Tariff points from Scottish Highers are accepted.
Access to HE Diplomas at overall Pass grade are accepted.
UCAS Tariff points from Scottish Advanced Highers are accepted.
The European Baccalaureate at a minimum overall grade of 65% is accepted.
HND qualifications in a related subject are accepted.
HNC qualifications in a related subject are accepted.
Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy are acceptable in place of GCSE English and Maths.

IELTS 6.0 with 5.5 in each element.
TOEFL iBT with 80 overall and a minimum of 17 in Writing and Listening, 18 in Reading and 20 in Speaking.
