Building surveyors provide expert guidance on new constructions, heritage buildings, and historic structures. At ARU, you'll acquire the knowledge to assess building designs, specifications, and performance. Alternatively, you can pursue this as a four-year degree with a foundation year, beginning your studies at ARU College in Cambridge before transferring to Chelmsford for Years 2-4.
