The curriculum then progresses to contemporary diagnostic methods and specialized biomedical fields such as hematology, transfusion science, clinical biochemistry, histopathology, medical genetics, pathogenic microbiology, and immune system disorders.

During your final year, with mentorship from faculty advisors, you'll conduct original research in your chosen area of biomedical science. Alternatively, you may opt for our IBMS-accredited three-year BSc (Hons) Biomedical Science program in Cambridge.
