The curriculum explores core strategic HR concepts, including innovative problem-solving approaches and aligning human capital with business objectives. Participants will thoroughly investigate HR practices across diverse organizational settings, with strong focus on ethical HR leadership, employee well-being, and corporate social responsibility.
