The program fosters awareness of cultural diversity's impact on business operations. With a strong focus on hands-on learning, students can immediately apply their knowledge in professional settings. Real-world work experiences allow learners to put theory into practice.Students may select from three specialization areas: Human Resources, Operations and Production, or Project Management. A unique program highlight is the cooperative education initiative, partnering students with regional businesses for a culminating 15-week industry project that showcases their developed competencies.This qualification accommodates working professionals studying part-time, full-time students completing their degree in three years, or those accelerating their studies through prior learning recognition via the Qualify Me pathway. Alumni can explore management roles across diverse sectors, with strong potential for professional growth at local, national, and international levels.Program completers will demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of evolving business contexts, including New Zealand's commercial heritage and cross-cultural business dynamics. They'll also develop capabilities to implement eco-conscious business strategies and transition smoothly into employment, empowered by the program's practical learning components.
