Mechanical engineering technologists specialize in creating and providing guidance on machinery and tool construction and maintenance. Their daily tasks may involve assessing production manager needs, conducting feasibility analyses, investigating energy sources, equipment, and materials, utilizing CAD programs for design modeling, or drafting machine components. This program caters to individuals pursuing an engineering career. Participants will gain both theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience through our advanced engineering laboratory facilities. The Bachelor of Engineering Technology holds accreditation from New Zealand's Institution of Professional Engineers (IPENZ). For employed students, the project component can be customized to align with their professional environment.

Candidates who have English as a second language are required to have an overall International English Language Test System (IELTS) score of 6.0 or better in the academic module, with a minimum of 6.0 in the written and speaking bands, and a minimum of 5.5 in the reading and listening bands, or
