Psychology explores human and animal behavior and mental processes within their physical, social, and organizational contexts. As a behavioral science, it investigates how actions are acquired and modified. From a social science perspective, it examines individuals within family systems, institutions, communities, and cultural frameworks. As a biological science, it analyzes sensory functions and the relationship between neurological/physiological systems and behavior. The cognitive science aspect focuses on perception, attention, memory, reasoning, and language comprehension. Additionally, Psychology encompasses the study of growth patterns, personality traits, learning mechanisms, and motivational factors.
