Pursuing a graduate diploma allows you to acquire specialized knowledge and competencies in your selected field, preparing you for career advancement or additional academic pursuits. These programs serve as an alternative specialization, offering content comparable to a major in a different discipline than your initial degree. Even without prior university education, you may qualify by showing both enthusiasm for the subject and adequate academic potential. More comprehensive than a graduate certificate, a graduate diploma operates at undergraduate level and typically requires one year (two trimesters) of full-time commitment, with part-time options available in certain cases. To complete the program, students must accumulate 120 credits at 100-level or higher, with a minimum of 75 credits at 300-level or above within the diploma's subject requirements.

Previously completed study at an advanced level in the subject to be taken.
