Psychology explores human and animal behavior along with mental processes within their physical, social, and organizational contexts. This behavioral science investigates how actions are acquired and modified. As a social science, it analyzes individuals within family systems, groups, communities, and cultural frameworks. From a biological perspective, it examines sensory functions and the connections between neural activity, physiology, and behavior. As a cognitive discipline, it researches perception, focus, memory, reasoning, and language comprehension. Psychology also encompasses the study of growth patterns, personality traits, learning mechanisms, and motivational factors.
