The Postgraduate Diploma in Faith-Based Leadership and Management (PGDipFBLM) seeks to strengthen leadership and administrative capabilities within religious organizations by integrating contemporary theological and business management scholarship. This program equips graduates with enhanced skills for leading faith-based institutions while fostering deeper analysis and investigation into leadership practices.
Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree or comparable three-year qualification with acceptable academic performance. Candidates without prior theological education may need to complete foundational 300-level Theology courses to meet prerequisites for certain 400-level BIBS and/or CHTH papers.
