This is where food and agricultural experts play a crucial role. They specialize in transforming conceptual products into tangible goods. Students in Food and Agriculture programs explore the technical, economic, and psychological aspects affecting food selection, manufacturing processes, marketing strategies, packaging information, and legal compliance.
For degree completion through coursework and a thesis, students typically engage in full-time study lasting between two to three years. Those pursuing thesis-only degrees generally complete their studies within one to two years of full-time equivalent work. Any variations to these timelines require authorization from the Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Sciences).
