Students completing the degree through coursework and a thesis typically undertake a program equivalent to two to three years of full-time study, while those pursuing the thesis-only option generally complete one to two years of equivalent full-time study. Any variations to these durations require approval from the Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Sciences).
