The Master of Ministry (MMin) program takes at least two years of full-time study or an equivalent part-time commitment. This curriculum focuses on strengthening modern ministerial work, catering to clergy members, religious leaders, and other ministry practitioners. It blends up-to-date academic research in ministerial practice with elective courses in Biblical Studies, Christian Theology and History, and Pastoral Care, all while fostering continuous growth through theological education and practical reflection. Applicants must hold a theology degree or equivalent three-year qualification with adequate academic performance, along with at least three years of prior ministry experience. The program includes six 400-level courses—three in Ministry Studies and three chosen from Biblical Studies, Christian Thought and History, or Pastoral Theology. Since 2013, students must also complete a 25,000 to 30,000-word Research Project addressing current ministerial challenges. This degree aims to elevate professional skills across various Christian ministries while promoting deeper analysis and scholarly investigation into ministerial practices.
