Sport and Exercise Nutrition is an expanding field that blends exercise science with human nutrition, now acknowledged as a key sport science globally. This discipline examines how nutrition and physical activity intersect. Human Nutrition covers food creation, dietary choices, meal preparation, eating habits, and how the body processes nutrients. Meanwhile, Sport and Exercise Science explores biomechanical, physiological, and mental reactions to physical activity and their impact on athletic performance and wellbeing.
These complementary sciences investigate the relationship between nourishment and physical training.

Human Nutrition involves studying food systems from farm to table and metabolic processes. Sport and Exercise Science analyzes movement mechanics, bodily adaptations, and mental factors influencing fitness results and health benefits.
