European Studies examines the significant political, economic, social, and cultural changes stemming from deepened European integration - the ongoing process of strengthening the European Union. This academic program concentrates on modern European unification, equipping students with in-depth understanding of key contemporary European matters alongside Spanish, German, and French language instruction. You'll investigate challenges facing the 340 million residents of today's Europe. While similar to the major program, the European Studies minor makes language courses optional rather than required.
