The Postgraduate Diploma in Science (PGDipSci) enables Bachelor of Science graduates to enhance their academic credentials. This program allows you to deepen your expertise through specialized coursework or by undertaking a research project or dissertation. The PGDipSci serves as a stepping stone to master's and PhD programs. Designed for flexibility, the diploma can be completed in one year of full-time study or spread across four years part-time, following your BSc. You'll explore diverse topics in biosecurity, biodiversity, and conservation while building professional connections. The program equips you with practical skills like creating species risk assessments, formulating incursion response strategies, designing biodiversity management plans, crafting research proposals, and honing advanced scientific communication abilities.
