The Master of Speech Language Therapy Practice is a professional clinical program in speech and language therapy. This program combines academic coursework with practical experience across healthcare, educational, and specialized school environments. If you hold a degree in psychology, linguistics, health sciences, or education, this NZSTA-accredited qualification equips you with specialized expertise to work as a Speech Language Therapist both in New Zealand and abroad. The curriculum covers diverse topics like anatomy, physiology, linguistics, and acoustics, bridging theoretical knowledge with clinical application. You'll develop skills to evaluate, diagnose, and manage communication and swallowing difficulties using various methods and technologies. Taught 240 points: You must have completed an undergraduate degree at a recognised university (or similar institution) with a GPE of 5.0. A minimum of 60 points of the most advanced-level courses in your degree must have been in an approved subject such as education, health sciences, linguistics, physiology, psychology.
IELTS (Academic): Overall score of 7.5 and No bands less than 7.0
